Workshop Objectives

Program Outline

Part 1: 3 hours

(In-Person): Understanding EF Skills Managers gain foundational knowledge of EF, assess their own strengths and challenges, and learn to identify these vital skills (or their absence) in their employees. 

Part 2: 3 hours

(In-Person): Tools & Strategies for EF Enhancement This session provides practical, actionable strategies. Managers will learn and apply EF tools to prepare them to implement changes within their teams immediately.

Part 3: 90 minutes

(Virtual Follow-up): Sustaining & Scaling EF Improvements A virtual follow-up reviews implementation success, focusing on building a supportive team culture, monitoring progress, and scaling best practices. This ensures sustained performance improvement.
